Khách sạn Pancharevo

"Was not told there is no hot water. Asked for a 4am wake up call and didn't get one until 4:30am. The front desk guy said he was busy when asked why he didn't call when specific asked for. Asked for a to go breakfast but did not get one. If you want poor customer service ,no hot water and staff to busy to attend to the customer needs this is a hotel for you. I will never go back to this hotel again."

"Entire staff was fantastic..."

"Great shuttle from airport. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable and quiet rooms."

"The room was clean, however the bathroom had a chemical smell"

"Room spotless clean excellent staff good value for money"

"I always stay here on trips to our office in Sofia. Very clean, no-touch check-in (all mobile app), free breakfast, free co-working space, high-speed wifi ... it checks all the boxes for a business trip. I usually book the rooms which have the balcony / porch, which always have a great view of the mountains, and the rooms are huge. More grocery / restaurants w/in a 5 minue walk than you'll ever need to use."

"The shower was broken, the light switch in one of the rooms, missing remote control for the TV. Minor things"

"My favorite place to stay in Sofia."

"New hotel, convenient location, biggest mall nearby, parking available."

"Amazing hotel . Recommended"

"I liked they offered us airport shuttle during check in, that made things really smooth for us next day since it was an early flight."

"Nice hotel. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of options. Room was mostly clean but we did have a problem with a leak from the shower which judging by the door frame being water damaged and mouldy, had been there some time! Staff were mostly very friendly with the exception of one. A little bit tight with the water (300ml a day is hardly generous, we are humans not a cacti!) Overall a mostly pleasant stay."
