"Vi fik den smukkeste udsigt som vi havde bestilt. Vi havde dog også bestilt med aircondition men det krævede at vi fandt informationerne i vores booking før hotellet gav os adgang til aircondition. Det føltes som om de prøvede at kræve lidt ekstra penge for dette. Vi boede på første sal ud til en meget trafikeret vej som larmede. Jeg ville hellere have haft ro end den smukke udsigt."

"There are nearly 30 steps to enter the building. I booked last minute not knowing it would be difficult to enter the building to receive the key. I was lucky the housekeeper was there to help me. Phone number listed on Expedia had no service (taxi driver was trying to call for me). No regular reception hours. Room was clean, but very basic.
