"Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO .."

"Si eres una persona activa físicamente, no tienes opciones. La oferta deportiva es prácticamente nula. El gimnasio está muy limitado, como que no le han dado suficiente importancia. Tampoco hay otras actividades deportivas, se ven canchas de tenis pero no pertenecen a la propiedad. La limpieza es buena, el personal en lo general es muy amable. La comida es buena, lástima que no cuentan con un buffet para desayunar, antes lo había y era muy bueno, ahora ya no existe esa opción. Hay un mini súper...

"The woman who helped us check in to our room, answered all our questions and offered us coffee was lovely. Unfortunately the area around is not very inviting for families and requires additional travel to local attractions. It was great value for a short stay. The green field park area outside wouldve been great if it werent for the garage and dog poop everywhere. "

"We were able to move to a quieter room thanks to manager Raul. Construction still going on. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the access to the gym as I am recuperating from surgery and must exercise. The breakfast service was nice and the 24 hour coffee and tea a nice perk. Carlos at front desk very helpful too."
