"Finding a room for a family of 5 can be tricky. This place was very comfortable for us! Access was easy after receiving instructions. We enjoyed the quieter part of Venice with quick access to the waterways. Noel is very helpful with his suggestions and directions and cleans the rooms impeccably! "The hotel was excellent, clean, and the staff were very nice. The only thing that I was upset about is that when cleaning the room, our air conditioner was turned off so the room was very hot when we got back. It also was not done being cleaned by late afternoon when we wanted to come back and rest before dinner."
