"There is no staff on site, and reaching by Expedia messaging doesnt get a quick response. My interaction with the staff, via messaging, was not very pleasant and it turned out to be very unhelpful. From the time of the booking until check out, the only time the staff reached out to me was for the taxes. "We loved our stay. Far away from tourism and busy areas. We had the junior suite. The room was clean and my favorite part was the breakfast basket with croissants and juice/cafe. There’s no elevator and you go a flight of short stairs so make sure you can carry your luggage. We came in on a private water taxi from the airport but left walking to the train station and it was about 10-12 minutes walking there with two carry on bags."

"We loved staying here! Great location and close to St Marks and Doge’s Palace. Lots of restaurant and shopping options steps away from the door. The room felt very luxurious with purple velvet walls and the bathroom was beautifully done. It was fun to look out the windows and see all of the gondolas passing by. Staff and owners were super helpful as well! You won’t be disappointed, definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back!"
