"The space was neat, cool, and clean. The kitchen and dining area were wonderfully well stocked. Neighbors were a bit noisy early in the morning. Aside from the initial challenges of getting into the building, trying to figure out where the elevator was then how to use it, and then trying to figure out which apartment was ours, we had a pleasant stay."

"The hotel is old without elevator and the room is small. The shower had no water during the first day we arrived. Location is convenient and close to attractions. Staff at front desk is friendly. Breakfast service and food are good."

"Wonderful property in a fantastic location. Close to many restaurants and right in the middle of some amazing shopping. The room was very large (especially by European standards), clean and comfortable. My only complaint - stairs! You have to go up two flights to get to the small lift. Exhausting (and dangerous) with large or heavy luggage. Totally problematic if you are mobility impaired or travel with strollers."

"So first you to need to understand THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It's a very quaint and charming little apartment. It's very much more like an air b and b. It's an old building but fairly well looked after and in an absolutely amazing location. The staff are responsive but you need WhatsApp. They were able to troubleshoot a backup in our shower in a few hours but it took a few hours and ate up a bit of one of our evenings in Rome :( Overall we were satisfied but if you are looking for a full...
