"The room was clean and we were able to get new towels. The doors all have a huge gap and look like they were ordered without measuring first. The pool deck was disgusting and needs some TLC. There was hair and trash on the floor. "

"The room was clean and as we reserved. The fitness room and pool and whirlpool were great to have available. The simple breakfast options had many guests taking part however, when protein and not carbs are our only desired food, it was disappointing to discover a boiled egg that was quite old and slimy once removed from the tray. We obviously decided that perhaps all the hard boiled eggs may not be a viable option. Would recommend in the future a reasonable check by staff before these are set...

"The room was so clean and spacious. We had a 2 queen suite. The only thing I felt was a bit weird was the placement of the bathroom door, right in front of the beds with a silhouette barn door so if you are in the bathroom changing or getting in the shower the others can see you from the other side. A bit uncomfortable I would say and the barn door doesn't lock. The breakfast was not good. But service and cleanliness were top notch"
