"first off, hotel is beautifull and in a beautifull location. Only major problem we had was that they checked us into someone elses room by accident so when we arrived we let ourselves into someone elses room . The room was a different room type and had someone elses stuff in it. Cleaner walked in and seemed suprised we were in there. we told reception and they gave us the correct room, they didnt seem to bothered even though to me it seemed like a security issue. "The front desk wasn’t really familiar with the area. hen I asked about restaurants and stores that may be near by they knew no thing and I felt like I was wasting their time. That said the hotel was awesome for the price and I loved that it was across the beach and in the thick of things."
