"Staff were amazing, we stayed during a heatwave and they were helpful with ice from the bar. Other instances such as needing forks, hangers in our room and new towels were treated with the same professionalism ! "Stayed in room 6 beautifully furnished loved colour scheme great view of the pier and the sea from our window. Everything was very clean and the bed comfortable. Great breakfast each morning just a few yards down the road, think it was called Coffi. Parking is a bit of an issue. Would definitely use again. Thank you."

"The hotel itself is excellent - great location and architecture. The cool atmosphere and aircon were welcoming on the hottest June day ever recorded in Cardiff!
The facilities were great - including bedroom, bar and pool / spa.
A couple of disappointments though. Guaranteed check-in from 3p.m. We arrived at 2.15 so went to the bar to wait. By 3.30 still no room, so after a lot of to-ing and fro-ing they eventually found us an upgrade.

"I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
The hotel advertises that it has parking, but when we arrived, there was no parking available despite this being listed as an amenity.
To make matters worse, we were initially given a room that had clearly not been cleaned. The bed had been slept in, the room was dirty, and it was obvious it hadn't been prepared for new guests. Having to return to reception immediately after checking in was not the start to our stay we expected.
