"Housekeeping are starting to offload their duties to guests so be prepared to line your own garbage cans as they won’t, which doesn’t seem very hygienic to me and I wasn’t impressed. Maybe next they’ll just leave the vacuum cleaner at the door for guests to use too😉"

"This property was OK in that it is a great location, walkable to Lakeshore Drive restaurants and beach, as well as good access to the KVR bike trails, but is lacking somewhat in customer service, only refilled our coffee and cups once out of the four day stay. "I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers.
