"Housekeeping are starting to offload their duties to guests so be prepared to line your own garbage cans as they won’t, which doesn’t seem very hygienic to me and I wasn’t impressed. Maybe next they’ll just leave the vacuum cleaner at the door for guests to use too😉"

"This property was OK in that it is a great location, walkable to Lakeshore Drive restaurants and beach, as well as good access to the KVR bike trails, but is lacking somewhat in customer service, only refilled our coffee and cups once out of the four day stay. Breakfast included was adequate, lots of variety. Wings Restaurant was good, and convenient."

"Very disappointed that this BW lists as hot tub open but jets set to permanently off! Gross sess pool action as no circulating jets! Who wants to soak with other randoms I ask? Plus whole point is jets for back! I booked for hot tub use as stiff neck and big fail. Very disliked this. Breakfast getting weak too but prime focus was working jets! Older grump lady at breakfast should find other work too. A real pleasure, not. Got bare min at check in too but again it didn't matter if they didn't...

"I wasn't told of any internet password when I checked in. So, no internet all night. I checked in at 4 and got key and then had to get to a golf event which started at 5. I was back in room by 9 pm after that golf event and the office was closed by between 8 and 9! Tried to call twice for a couple things (like to know internet password) and zero answers. Left a voice msg and no response even in the am. No security for loudies beside me and when not packed, (pretty empty there), just...
