"Parking safe and easy"

"I went to the SPEAKEASY bar attached to the property at 11:50pm only to find out it was "last call" and they closed at midnight, on a Saturday! I wish I had known that as that was the catalyst for spending over 200.00 for a one night stay in Akron. Also, when taking a shower, the hot water pipes were shaking so bad and making a shrill sound, like the pipes were going to burst behind the tile, I had to cut my shower short as it was at 7:00am on a Sunday morning and thought I would wake up the...

"Clean bathroom. Great shower with needed grab bars. Nice bkfst variety. Evening check-in staff very friendly. Loved the comfort of the bed except could barely get into the bed due to being too high. Why so high? Short people were not considered. Bathroom needs a counter. No place to lay hygiene products. Overall a nice quiet stay."

I asked if I could leave my number just in case, as I had booked through expedia and wasn't sure they had my information. "We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was super comfy. We enjoyed the breakfast as well. We will most likely stay here again the next time we are in Akron."

"We had a great stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, let us leisurely leave the pool a little past closing hours either out being pushy. Very happy! The hot tub was hot which was a major plus for us."

"Requested a handicapped accessible room near the elevator or on the first floor. Was given a handicapped accessible room, but on the third floor, farthest away from elevator. Why would hotels even put one of their few handicapped accessible rooms at the end of the hallway, far away from the elevator? The magnetic key cards were horrible and barely let us in the outside side door, the pool, and our room, after countless attempts. Nice hotel otherwise. Would stay again as we like (need)...

"The rooms are disgusting. Mold in the toilet and in the shower, soap scum on the mirrors, soap dish, and around the faucets, fridge was dirty, floors weren't swept or mopped, bottom of toilet was disgusting, and there was even dust on the a/c. When tried to bring it to front desk attention Virginia didnt want to hear the complaints."
