"You do have to bring your own kitchen items (cups forks dishes pots etc) But the property and rooms are extremely clean. The rooms are a nice size and the finishes are nice especially the bathroom. I can say I was expecting far worse and was pleasantly surprised as someone who hates staying in hotels longer than a week. "

"We have traveled and stayed at over 100 hotels This was by far the worst experience we have ever had. The person behind the counter was beyond rude and very condescending. We had a reservation set through Hotels.com and he told us that he ran our card before we got there and it didn’t go through so he canceled our room and told us all the rooms were sold out. We were traveling with my brother and his wife and we had to scramble to find another hotel late at night. We chose pay at the property and he denied us stay at the hotel.
