I totally dug the old school 50s-60s charm of the decor, nice spacious grounds with benches and seats for relaxing, super friendly and helpful front desk service and my room was spotless. These throwback motels are vanishing, we need more Red Ranch’s!"

"Clean, decent sized room. Everything worked just fine. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to go to. A full sized vanity was a nice touch - I'm used to having to put all our stuff on a pedestal sink. Would definitely go back."

"Took off one star for comfort because it was unusually cold and AC was on and we did know how to use remote to get hear instead until a late night phone call. After that was fine, Instructions recommended, We don't yet all have those Mitsubishi units at home yet. Also when we arrived front door to building was not locked and was not locked when we returned from dinner about 9PM,"

"The room I had must have been renovated recently, but none the less, very clean The bathroom nerd renovation but again, was clean. The front desk gentleman at check-in was awesome, very friendly and upbeat. This is your basic Roadside Motel, there are eateries and fuel literally right down the road, and very convenient to I-90, right off Route 22. I intend on using this Motel again when up there! "

"I'm not giving it one star because the place met my expectations, which were quite low at the outset. The cottage was of mid-century design that is badly in need of renovation (broken fixtures, uncovered electrical outlets, mold/mildew growth in the bathroom). It was a non-smoking room, but clearly people were smoking there. I think the place was emblematic of the Catskills as an area that once was a great place to visit, but has fallen into disrepair over the past several decades. "
