Room was very comfortable although the bed is a bit on the hard side (typical Asian hotel bed) and it would have been nice to have a softer bed for such a nice hotel. "This is a clean and very comfortable 3 1/2 star hotel. It has well appointed room that are very large and spacious and all amenities you need. Located about 5 minutes from the airport. I have stayed here over the years as most of my connections are in this general area. Its located in Ratan Plaza that has some cafe and restaurants nearby. If I was on holidays I would not stay here but be more central in PP. This is a good hotel for a business trip. "
