"Overall nice stay, however very overpriced for the experience. Restaurant staff is very inexperienced and English is difficult for most to understand for correct meal orders. If you’re there for the “bar-b-que” night, be warned it’s somewhat chaos and orders may not come out correct or at all. "Excelente localização. Fica a cerca de 100 m (2 minutos a pé) do início do movimento da Rua Caracoles, onde tudo acontece. Todos os funcionários muito amáveis e solícitos. "The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was great, the beds were comfy and there were heaters for the cold nights. The breakfast was very good and on the day we left it was too early so they packed up a breakfast for ua to take. The only two negative things is that they have a restaurant in the inner courtyard which has music playing until around 11pm, so if you are trying to sleep early this can get on the way. Also, the shower had was a bit broken and kept turning to the left side."

"We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were very kind and friendly. We had an issue with our toilet and Johnny got it fixed on the same day. The hotel was conveniently located, right next to a grocery shop, walking distance from the centre for restaurants and tours, and had secure parking which was a must for us. Breakfast was yummy too with a selection of cereal, bread, fruit, ham, cheese and eggs. "
