"The staff here was very nice. That was the only thing I liked about my stay here. When I arrived, ducks swarmed my car before I could even open my car door. I didn’t mind the ducks though. Inside of my room the smoke detector was going off nonstop. Maintenance came and had to replace the whole thing. The toilet was loud and made a sound long after flushing. Things were coming up from the sink when I was washing my hands. The room had no WiFi and I couldn’t get any reception from my cell phone. I was extremely tired after driving 8 hours so I spent the night there but I decided to cancel the rest of my reservation and check out in the morning but the staff was really nice about it. They are going through a renovation and hopefully things improve there soon."

"While the room was clean and sufficient, and was updated in some ways, the property of hotel did not leave a good impression. The hotel looked very old and outdated. The elevator was super slow and filthy. The walkway was narrow and the balconies were almost impossible to sit on. If you had any leg length at all you would not have been able to sit in the chairs. Our view was of a dirty river behind the property. We appreciate the staffs attention when checking in and out. The hospitality area was well stocked. We got a good nights sleep, however, because of the overall condition of the proposed would not recommend or stay again at this place."

"Property was overall very unclean. Room smelled horribly, very musky and reeked of cigarette smoke. AC was leaking into the room floor. Property was very run down. Bathrooms down by the pool were completely demolished but not blocked off with any type of signs. Pieces of the sink and walls laying all over the floors. Elevators were inoperable but that was not told to us prior to our booking. Property photos are very outdated and I would suggest they be updated as that is not what the property looks like at all. Very unhappy with our stay. Staff was friendly but unhelpful."

"I enjoyed our hotel stay with the amenities it provided such as having 2 outdoor pools and an indoor poll which my little one got to enjoy quite a bit. I liked the balcony view of our hotel room. Room noise was pretty minimal on the area we stayed in. I also liked that they have continental breakfast included. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and will most likely booking a stay here in the future when we come back to Pigeon Forge."

"I get this hotel for my family members that come down and love it. I stay there with them. The pool is so heated, and I love that. Always so clean..the staff treats me so kind. The rooms always smell so clean. I love this place =) I highly recommend!!"

"Great place, clean, had kitchenette in my room, rooms are good size, and staff came and ask if you needed clean linens or anything daily. The only thing about provided breakfast is, if your staying in Tower building. They're are two buildings, one is on side of creek with office and the Tower building is on other side of creek. If you are in Tower you have to drive to other side of creek to get breakfast at office. But, if you have kitchenette you can cook or drive to have breakfast. No big deal."
