"During my stay, I went to the kitchen to order food and was met with incredibly rude and dismissive behavior from a female employee. She repeatedly rolled her eyes, appeared visibly annoyed, and treated me as though I was asking for free food rather than being a paying guest. She even stated, “Oh, I’m not feeling well,” before throwing a clipboard toward me instead of simply handing it to me. I felt extremely unwelcome and disrespected. "All staff members across every department of the resort were welcoming and helpful. The spa was so relaxing. The food was great at every location we ate, and the drinks were perfect every time. Our views were spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for a better first trip to St. Lucia!"

"It was great thanks "

The food options were limited (menu changes every two days) but the food was good and fresh. The hotel was located next to lots of restaurants/bars/nightclubs. The online pictures...

"Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Water pressure was great and WiFi was great! I would book again. For US travelers, make sure to bring electrical outlet converters! There was only one in my apartment but you may need multiple for several devices."
