"We had a wonderful stay! The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning scenery and breathtaking views that made our visit truly special. The surroundings were peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Everything about the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is to add full-length mirrors to the rooms, as this would be a helpful addition for guests. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we would happily stay here...

"I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenience and accessibility to nearby attractions. While the property itself was nice, welcoming, and has a lot of potential, I expected a higher level of service. At one point during my stay, I was trying to receive service near the pool area, but no staff members were present. I reported this issue to the front desk. Additionally, I have never stayed at a resort that did not acknowledge a guest's birthday in some way. There was no card, note, or gesture recognizing the occasion, which was disappointing. Overall, the property was pleasant, but it did not leave a lasting impression. That said, the front desk agent who checked me in was wonderful and provided excellent customer service during my staff."
