"Excellent hotel and very friendly staff. Probably the best view in the entire island! We were very surprised at how quiet the hotel was despite being on the pier. Breakfast was disappointing, we require a halal diet which was not available (despite majority of residents of PhiPhi being Muslim!) - we found that there were minimal vegetarian options, but whatever was available was tasty. I would stay here again purely because of the view, rooms and staff"

"We were upgraded on our arrival. We were provided with a bungalow with a view on the sea. We really enjoyed our stay and ended up staying one more night. It's a very beautiful resort in the jungle. The resort has his own private beach and is secluded (20 minutes walk from the pier). The breakfast (buffet) was good. The staff was nice and helpful."

"Beach is beautiful and easy to catch a boat to town. Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. The food is a little expensive but not crazy. Lots of fish for snorkeling right off beach. Would definitely come back!"

"The rooms are spacious but the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment it’s in an ideal location from The pier but the pool area lift and dining areas, reception and rooms are tired I would not stay here again "

"The room was relatively clean. The shower was dirty around all of the seals. We also had some ants :( which they did offer to take care of immediately but we only stayed one night and into the next afternoon. The shower will not stay one temperature. Once it's set, it will immediately go from hot to cold back to hot and then cold again. There is also loud monk singing in the middle of the night. That's not their fault but could be a reason to stay further from city center."

"Je ne laisse jamais d’avis habituellement, mais cette fois je me sens obligé de prévenir les futurs voyageurs. L’accueil a été très froid, avec une responsable peu souriante et très limitée dans la communication. On ne se sent pas vraiment bienvenu. La chambre est très décevante : vieille, oppressante, avec une climatisation inutilisable qui souffle un air humide et laisse couler de l’eau. Il y avait aussi une colonie de fourmis juste en dessous de la clim. Les toilettes sont de taille...

"The hotel location is absolutely prime. One of the best views I’ve seen throughout the holiday to wake up to. I found that staff were not accommodating at all. They also charged us for a taxi to Tonsai, but when the taxi arrived they also used the taxi to transport gas cylinders and run a hotel errand (I thought this was cheeky since we paid for the private taxi). All in all, the views and the beach more made up for the staff!"

"The place is clean , close to everything . The only issue is that the rooms are noisy so you are going to hear everything from outside I always use earplugs so that was useful and my husband is heavy sleeper"

"Pire hôtel jamais fais pourtant j’ai l’habitude des hôtels.. punaise de lit problème avec la Clim avec l’électricité et avec l’eau. Le personnel qui prend de haut, honnêtement fuyez cette établissement. Beau cadre mais un cadre qui ne vaut pas le service inclus même si on me paye je ne reviendrai jamais dans cette établissement. Fuyez il n’y a qu’à regarder les avis…"

"Encantado com a equipe! Muito gentis, educados, sorridentes e sempre dispostos. O hotel é muito bem localizado, o quarto espaçoso, a cama e os travesseiros muito confortável. Obrigado!"

"Outdoor pool was very nice but need some improvements and I hate places that charge you more for shade or better seat close to the pool."
