"I paid for 3 nights of which I was completely robbed of my money because I was forced to go to a different hotel. My Uber arrived a little past midnight at the hotel and their office was closed. There was no way to contact any one nor a way to check-in. I was stranded with all my belongings and no money because I had spent it on the room and the uber. Worst night of my life!!!"

"Our check-in was easy which is good since our flight was delayed and we arrived very late. The staff member was friendly and was able to get us checked in quickly. The breakfast was good. There was an issue the 2nd day but they still were able to provide everyone with enough breakfast options. The property and the room were quiet. "The staff at this location are just wonderful. Kind and friendly and fun - just how I like them. If you prefer grumpy and unsocial people, don't stay here! They are not overly gregarious, just nice enough and professional enough to know their job is hospitality. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Coffee in the lobby6 24/7 (a deal breaker for me). The rooms and hallways and other rooms are clean. It's easy to walk to a few different kinds of eateries. Loved my stay."

The carpets throughout the hotel are soiled and need to be ripped out. I also noticed some shady characters staying at this hotel.
