"We stayed at Mariposa when we arrived to Placencia and the last night before we returned home and it was perfect. Gladis was very welcoming at the reception, Donny was amazing at the restaurant and all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The bungalow was perfect for our family of 4, since they have bunk beds. The restaurant was good with a nice view of the ocean. They have nice swings, volleyball court, paddle boards and bicycles which is perfect to go in town. It’s less than 5 minutes...

"Nice, large space. Beach view was stunning. Loved the pool, wish there was a hot tub. Washer/Dryer in the unit. Not many food options. Bathroom showers could use a good cleaning. The snake on the porch was a bit scary but they sent someone over right away to take care of it. "

"The best of both worlds! This property is stunning, and it really offered the best of both worlds. We were able to experience resort-style amenities and service, while enjoying the space of an AirBnB. Our suite was huge and gave us ample room to enjoy ourselves. "Ocean Breeze Beach Resort is an incredible place to stay in Placencia. The entire staff is AMAZING and made our stay truly special. We can't thank them enough for making us feel at home on our vacation and ensuring we had everything we needed. "We loved our stay in the Turtle room! We had a last minute change in our itinerary and needed a place for only one night... But we wished we had more time at this spot! The owners are very kind and responsive. The room was very comfy and cozy. I appreciated all the shelving in the rooms and bathroom. AC worked great. And the screened in porch was really wonderful to hang out on. It's also in a great location for wandering around the village. "

"Wonderful place to stay! Highly recommended."

"The location of coral cove is stunning, directly on the beach which is combed every day and lined with palm trees, just beautiful. Free kayak and bike hire is a great bonus, which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was a bit basic and the only vegan breakfast option was fruit, but overall we loved our stay here and would definitely come back. "

"The apartment is excellently located in Placencia. The owners who live above do a great job communicating. They have bikes available that got us down the town to the local beach. Lots of restaurants around and a store across the street. An extra bonus was use of the laundry downstairs. It was a big help since we were heading back into the jungle and needed to refresh our pants and long sleeves. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. We especially appreciated the two terraces to eat...
