"Good stay"

"The hotel requires $100 deposit for incidentals that can be paid with cash or card we chose cash and the cash was returned to us at the end of our stayas they place it in an envelope with your name. The front desk staff were polite. There were strange smells in the rear lobby area. The hotel is an older building but they've tried their best to maintain it, though it could be maintained better. the carpet has unidentifiable stains in both the rooms and the hallways. The rooms are spacious, large...

"Great value for the location!"

"No major issues just a lot of little things that are not paid attention to. It's the worst Hampton I have stayed in and I picked this hotel because of good reviews. I normally don't write reviews but I think this hotel needs to be downgraded a little. Management needs to pay more attention to the details. They all add up."

"It all went good. the shuttle to the cruise terminal was too restricted and costly."

"The property is ok. Breakfast as usual American continental breakfast. Due to the humidity of the season, the room smells always damp. For the shuttle, I have my concerns. Despite it’s a third part company that gives the service, we stayed more than 2 hours waiting for some, and in the final we got an Uber due to its inefficiency."

"Charged me twice to park in their parking lot, wasn't like it was a parking deck, regular Comfort in. Been traveling all day to catch an early morning flight. How does anyone stay there with no car? Then in the end they charged me twice!"
