"Das Hotel ist eine Perle, klein, aber sehr fein und das Personal ist extrem zuvorkommend! Man fühlt sich rundherum willkommen und es wird versucht, jedem Wunsch zu entsprechen! Lediglich bei unserer Zimmerkategorie muss ich Abstriche machen. Es war nur mehr ein Standard-Zimmer buchbar, was ich nicht wieder tun würde, da man kein Fenster öffnen kann und zwangsläufig auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen ist. "Excellent emplacement pour Benalmadena. Belle vue du balcon sur la plage, le port et le jardin. Près de tout. Très belle suite haut de gamme avec robes de chambre, etc… belle terrasse et belle cuisine équipée. Bon resto sur place avec service aux chambres. Très satisfait"

"Wonderful hotel in the heart of Mijas Pueblo. The hotel owner is such a caring, generous and friendly lady. The room we stayed in was surprisingly bigger than we expected and very well equipped. Breakfast is served in a courtyard and has tranquil feel about it, the food was also very good. A lovely hotel to stay in when visiting Mijas Pueblo "

"The entrance and lobby at this hotel are simply gorgeous, a real attention to detail makes this a welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious and clean, and although the balconies are small, they do provide a lovely view. The solarium area and sunbathing spaces are ample and both pools were refreshing. The pool bar has lots of options and a nice food menu. Overall, having stayed in 5 or 6 hotels in the vicinity, Hotel Alay has proved to be my favourite and actually great value for money...

"Excellent place to stay. Minutes from the station and right in the centre of town so close to all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Good WiFi. Plenty of hot water and a good powerful shower. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would certainly recommend if you want to be in the town rather than on the seafront. "

"Sehr gute Preis-Leistung Verhältnis: großzügige Platz Angebot, sehr gute Ausstattung, Kochzeile gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage inklusive, Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, Tiefgarage gegen Zahlung, beste Aussicht, Strand auf die andere Straßenseite, Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in sehr kurzer Entfernung und, am Wichtigsten, sehr nette und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. "Very simple place but exactly what I wanted. Quiet but in the very centre of Mijas..the instructions to get there could be better (not everyone arrives by car!) and it was a bit disconcerting that there were no staff on duty but it was easy to understand how to get in but "
