"I enjoyed a 5 night break at Sands. A little apprehensive due to several negative reviews however my experience was very positive. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need including full fridge freezer and dishwasher. The entire complex is very clean and is thoughtfully laid out. "Room was in very bad condition stains on the ceiling and walls, furniture and doors falling to pieces and unsafe also no sockets we had booked a superior room and it looked nothing like the pictures. The food however was great and the staff were very nice the outside pool area and animation team were also fantastic. The location was perfect right on the beach and next to the square with a beautiful walk into Puerto del Carmen over all an ok hotel if they had the rooms upgraded it would be fab."

"The apartment was spotlessly clean. The shower was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable. The sofa was great too. Everything was just amazing. I couldn't believe I got such a gorgeous property in such an amazing location for the low price I got it for. Communication with the management team was first-class. Very responsive and very helpful. The roof terrace in the Tribeca building was lovely for having breakfast on. The only down side to the visit was the constant construction noise that was going on nearby, but of course that's not something that Vita Home can control. The windows are very good at blocking out the noise, however. And hopefully the construction noise won't be a problem for anyone else's stays. Would very happily stay there again next time I'm in Arrecife. "
