"Nice location with beautiful views and easy access to the beach and town. The hotel was pleasant overall, but an important heads-up for future guests: the rooms do NOT have air conditioning. This was not clear to us at the time of booking and significantly affected our comfort. I recommend confirming this before booking, especially during the warmer months."

"The single room, I was in, was clean, with the bedding and towels changed every other day. Parking is a premium everywhere in Buzanada so street parking is the norm. The small fridge is handy so don't forget to switch it on when you arrive. Cafes and restaurants are a 6 minute walk away and the food is great (reasonably priced too). There's a good bus service too with a frequent service to Los Chrisitanos where buses take you to just about anywhere on the island."

"The worst hotel we have ever stayed at in Tenerife. It felt like we had arrived an old haunted house. No toilet seat on the toilet, we had to sit directly on the porcelain. The whole of downstairs smelt of metal. We worked out it was coming from the four poster bed, the frame was made of metal and was going rusty. I honestly don’t know how people could stay here for a week. We were lucky and only had one night. Regency is dated and in need of a total refurbishment. You also have electric pylons...

"The communal areas are beautiful. However it is apparent that the philosophy in regards to maintenance has been to patch it up and move on. The room was very dated, with a stained rusty bathtub, and patched up tiling on the exterior balcony. The plunge pool wouldn't fill properly as the plug didn't fit. For the price of the suite, I'm sorely disappointed and won't stay here again. On the plus side staff at reception (shout out Janine) were lovely, and breakfast is good."

"Nice bright room, recently decorated , had a small shower room and toilet and a separate sink area within bedroom. Basic but adequate , no hairdryer. Nice communal kitchen with lounge area, books to read, bicycle storage room. Price expensive for what essentially is a good hostel rather than hotel accommodation . "Guilla from reception was so welcoming she went above and more to make us feel special which was a great first impression our room was clean and had everything we needed we did spot a cockroach on the balcony which didn’t bother me as it was outside but my wife was worried we called reception and soon after a gentleman arrived at the door sprayed the balcony and the doors never seen any insects after that"
