"A beautiful hotel and so convenient for the airport."

"Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. The sink unit was extremely shabby with swollen surfaces where water had soaked the MDF timber. The bathroom smelt badly and, on the whole, was unacceptable. "We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience "

Informed Reception...Still Nothing Stayed in Apt 113...As Far back from All Amenities as you can Get !!!..With no other Guests anywhere near Yet Many Guests were in Apts right beside Pool ??..lovely Complex..Good Wifi...Would Still Come Back...Reception Opens at 1pm.."

"Albergo carino, personale e servizi buoni. Pulizia ottima direi e personale cordiale. Albergo non è grande molto riservato anche se scegliendo adult ho trovato la media età da 70 anni in più mi sembrava un po stare in pensione ma forse il periodo che siamo stati. Unica pecca che ho trovato per italiano che non sanno parlare altre lingue niente scritto in italiano e personale non parla italiano-però ho trovato qualche cameriere italiano."

"It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services "

"Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!"

"No WiFi, we were given a code for the WiFi but could only connect very sporadically. The TV only had one channel, which if you like Big Bang Theory reruns would.ve ok. Or if we had WiFi we could have connected to our own Netflix etc. The shower (whichbwas nice and hot and powerful) flooded the whole bathroom, which has previously caused the bathroom door to swell, making it difficult to open/close. A mop was provided but the head kept falling off. Washing up liquid was provided but no...

"Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. "
