"Ease to check in, room clean and everything we needed. Bathroom was good size. The kettle in room was a good touch for a all inclusive hotel. Terrace was private with 2 sunbeds and table and chairs. Food was good, great selection nothing repeated during our stay. No rush for sunbeds in the morning but it was out of Season. Great location, only thing we struggled with there is no parking but we found a space on road not far away. Had a great time, entertainment was OK. Alcoholic drinks was not that good, apart from the beer but it is local and it feels watered down.."

"We have had the privilege of enjoying many luxury holidays abroad, but our stay at Hipotels Mediterráneo Hotel was one of the best ever. The location is perfect, the staff are genuinely friendly, and the food is outstanding. Both the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet are excellent. This must be the best hotel in the area. As a family-run business, Hipotels really knows how to run a hotel and keep guests happy. I highly recommend the sea view rooms, as the views are stunning. The facilities are excellent too and the gym is great, and the free spa areas are a real bonus, with a huge jacuzzi, saunas, and steam rooms. It was the best value-for-money holiday we have ever had. We enjoyed it so much that we are seriously thinking about moving to the area, as it has everything we could ever need."

"Room was really clean and modern. View was over some untidy residential apartments and they can look into the rooms, so felt had to keep curtains drawn. Walls paper thin and really noisy neighbour who was extremely loud and you can hear everything! You can hear taps running and every part of conversation. Nice deck on roof if not too busy but again very noisy and not very restful. Pool tiny. Ok for the 1 night stay, but any longer would have been a struggle. But like a Travelodge in the UK, would not rate a 4*"

"Tired hotel which has been given a bit of a refurb. Service was ok, rooms basic but comfortable. Location was ok, a bit of a walk from Cala Millor but other restaurants, shops and beach in easy reach. Breakfast is served in a basement with no real day light which is a shame."

"We stayed at this place for a week and wanted to highlight to positive/negative aspects of this hotel and unfortunately the positives do not outweigh the negatives. Positives: - Location is nice. Short walk to the beach. - Lots of restaurants/shops walkable. - The pool was nice and wasn't too hard to find chairs most of the time. - We only did the breakfast but it was a decent spread with lots of options though it was basically the same setup for every day. - Most of the staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of one man who was rude and will be addressed in the negative comments. Negatives: - Noise, the front of the room faces restaurants and there is a British pub that does Karaoke and other load events at night so if you have a child sleeping in that part of the room it will be loud. Plan on bringing a sound machine to drown it out. - The room AC did not work great. It would hover around 78-80 degrees no matter how high you turned the AC on. Also it says on the description that there is a refrigerator but it's really a minibar that barely does anything. We contacted the front desk to complain and the man was very rude and insinuated we were dumb for thinking it would keep drinks cold. Our was room temperature inside so it wasn't working and they never came to fix it after telling them numerous times. - The parking lot next to it was closed the whole time we were there for a festival that would play loud music most nights till midnight. "We had a great time at HSM Sa Coma and would highly recommend. We had plenty to do for our short trip and there are lots of activities within walking distance. The hotel was quiet when we stayed (early June), so it was helpful to unwind too. We enjoyed the food and drink options. Good options for vegetarians, but they could be further improved. Lots of hotel-based entertainment if you want more than to relax."
