"Marguerite was a welcoming and helpful host. She has done a great job of making the accessible room truly accessible! My only wish would be for a handrail for the small ramp leading to the main entrance. Arianna made us a delicious breakfast every morning before we started our day. The location is only a few blocks from the beach and a few minutes from Old San Juan. The property is just beautiful and has maintained the island charm. We enjoyed our stay!"

I contacted the renter immediately, but they were unresponsive and offered no help or solution during my stay. "My spouse and I usually stick with big hotel chains so we really weren’t sure what to expect , but the room and property overall were just as well kept as the big chain hotels. Property was also really easy to get to and the location was solid. No complaints at all."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. There were snacks and coffee every morning plus the beach is near. The air conditioning worked perfectly. My only issue was that the shower seemed to plug up a bit, the water would rise. Additionally, the doors are elegant and secure with the locks. However, given the crystal portion of the door the light would pass through and light up the room early.
