"The bungalows are a bit rustic, which o loved. My bungalow was very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The AC works well. There’s an area by the sink to hang clothes. The refrigerator is spacious. The desk was perfect for me to set up my laptop. I needed to borrow an adapter from the front desk, which was no problem. Overall it was a great stay and I would stay there again."

"The rooms were cleaned regularly and spotless and the staff friendly, but what really stood out was the abundant nature. I saw more wildlife here than on all of the nature tours I went on put together. I saw 3 different types of monkey, iguanas and lots of birds including the striking fiery-billed toucan. "

"This hotel was a dream! The minute we stepped onto the beach it was paradise. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of the ocean. It was a bit of a hike (stairs) but worth it. It was a few minutes walk to the beach where there was good music, monkeys everywhere in the trees, and the staff is so accommodating, making sure we had beach chairs and anything we needed. 2 for one happy hour was great too! "Our stay at mountain top park was absolutely wonderful. It really is at the top of the mountain (The drive from the front entrance to the hotel is steep and windy, in a fun way). On our first morning after checking in, we saw some squirrel monkeys climbing through the trees from our balcony, and when we had breakfast we saw a few toucans in the trees right outside the hotel, along with a great view of the ocean. "What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!"

"Darlene “Dar” was #1 at check in and on check out. She keeps the hotel rolling!! At breakfast we chose a different 1-4 options each morning to see the difference. Each one was great, if I had to choose I’d select the pancakes with scrambled eggs. Room was always clean each day when we returned from our daily venture. Dont miss the happy hr by the pool in the garden from 4-6. "
