"The check in process and the customer service was great. The pool area was nice and clean and the rooms were spacious. It is close to restaurants and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The hotel is older and needs some updating, which they were working on while we were there. There was hair from previous guest in the beds and bathroom. I always travel with my own cleaning products and disposal sheets for instances such as these. We only stayed one night due to a flight layover. It was only a 7...

"Close to the beach. And it's basically a private beach. Nice if you like camping style amenities. Quiet and in a real town away from the tourist areas short drives to very good food. Would recommend."

"Worth every penny! Amazing staff, great customer experience!!"

"Very attentive and diligent staff. Excellent facilities for enjoying the weekend with family at the hotel pool area, while still having your own fully equipped flat that feels like home. For larger groups, it's an ideal choice because you have your own space to cook, watch a movie, and even do laundry, while still enjoying the hotel amenities."

"Check in was rocky due to communication issues but e were able to get in the room. Lighting in the room needs updated. Otherwise it was really good."

"Everything Was Perfect,close to many bar’s and restaurants at walking distance from Bistro Cafe,for sure I be back ."

"The pool area was very nice. And the lobby was also. We received 2 free drinks everyday in the lobby. The free breakfast offered a variety of choices. The rooms needed a refresher. Some of the furniture was showing its age and the carpet in the rooms a d hallways needed replacing."

"Excellent Hotel, Super modern and very clean !!!"

"A+++"

"I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Casa Costera in Isla Verde, Puerto Rico! Everything exceeded my expectations, from the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodations to the outstanding hospitality."

"The aesthetics were fabulous. However, the bed was very uncomfortable and there were many mosquitoes. Otherwise, the hotel staff were super friendly. The rooms were always clean. Overall, I would give my stay a 6/10."

"Staff was very attentive and polite"

"Loved the resort feel. The pool area needed updating and it looked like there was mold under the coving. The bartender was uninterested in helping the guests. The restaurant, front desk, and housekeeping staff were amazing. The breakfast was ok but the breakfast attendant was awesome. We would have liked to have been informed about the event that was taking place as we arrived as it was intrusive and loud overall a great atmosphere"
