"We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time, staff are so helpful and accommodating for anything we needed and friendly. Breakfast was nice and food places in the grounds are also good food my only thing I’d say is I needed more than 2 teabags a day but again could get some from breakfast area. The facilities around the park are amazing especially the waterside as there is a speedboat, pedalos and bumper boats cost £10.90 for all 3. "Robert on reception was accommodating when I arrived around 11pm to no restaurant being open… that was a long day/drive… all staff friendly and helpful. The only negative was I couldn’t pump the shower gel as the metal case was in a weird spot… great breaky. "
"Receptionist was fantastic when we were checking in. Hotel was in a good location for everything that needed done, shopping trip and a quick visit to Edinburgh. For a small friendly hotel the restaurant was decent value, the bar wasn't expensive and breakfast was good."
