"I stayed at this guest house recently and, unfortunately, had several disappointing issues during my stay. On the day of arrival, while we were downstairs for dinner after a long flight, the staff entered the room for turn-down service — and 1000 Rand went missing from my bag. Instead of taking the matter seriously, management simply offered me a drink as compensation, which felt dismissive and completely inadequate given the situation.
