"After staying there for 4 years in a row we were threatened by staff saying we were smoking in the hotel room. Which we where not staff threatened us saying they where going to call the cops then charged me $200 on my card. I will never go back ruined my whole vacation."

"Great location, but hotel is in serious need of updating. Bed was horrible, fixtures were rusty, lighting was poor, and room was generally dated and dingy. we paid for oceanview but got put on the first floor of the ocean facing building, and with the dune height, there was really no ocean to see. ..."

"The building is run down and disgusting. The beds are not beds, they are roll-outs. The place looks nothing like the photos shown. However, the manager there was nice enough to tell me that I can get a refund."
