"The couch downstairs was very dirty. The drawers for the fridge were broken. The garbage can foot pedal was broken and cut my daughter’s foot. The barstools at the counter were very unsteady. Up stairs in the master bathroom there was black mold on the shower wall. The shower door frame rail was all dirty and rusty. Both sets of bunk beds were very unsteady and couldn’t have anyone sleep on the top bunk. During our stay there one of the bathrooms had ants coming from the wall. Property...

"The house is absolutely gorgeous with all of the new renovations that have been done. There were plenty of towels both bath and swim for our family which was so appreciated. A cute coffee bar was set up on the counter which was very welcoming. Communication with the hosts was easy and responsive. We would absolutely return to this home for a future trip."

"Overall stay was excellent. The pool didn’t work upon our arrival. No one addresses our issue in a timely manner, but did address the problem the day before our departure. Will request compensation for the inconvienance."

"Firstly, the photographs are highly misleading. They depict the property as part of a resort-style community, which is not the case. In reality, it is a rundown residential suburb. Upon my arrival, I retrieved my rental car and proceeded to the property. I was expecting to receive an email for virtual check-in, but it was never received.
