The little store was perfect for the little things you forgot or ran out of. Online is states there is an airport shuttle and that registration was easy which is not the case, they also do not run an airport shuttle. As for registration once we arrived, over two hours standing in the hot sun with no shade waiting to get our room, not a great start."

"We were traveling with 2 adults and 3 older children. The property was wonderfully clean and super well appointed. We had ample space and the two bathrooms were a dream. The staff was so helpful and nice. We had too much heavy luggage to lug up stairs but that was our own fault. Stay was ideal for us and would def go back when in Rome."

You can take the tram, directly outside of the hotel but I takes time to get to the center of things - you actually have to go in the opposite direction of where you will want to travel and take the tram to the B line to Termini - it is fine, it just takes time. "The staff were amazing and helpful, shout out to Maya, Rosa, and Sergio who made the stay so pleasant. Clean space, secure, and well maintained. They brought a special birthday message and treat for me. The balcony was nice overlooking the river especially in the morning and at night. Breakfast was included and delicious and they remembered our orders. The room was air conditioned, had good storage space, nice bathroom with bidet, bed was good. "We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"
