"Room and general areas clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was room was a little cramped - one of the beds (two queens) was about 8 inches from the wall, making it difficult to get into that side of the bed."

"We got 2 rooms. Our first room smelled like mj. the second was fine. When we went to take a shower the metal holder for the shower head was broken so you had to hold it up yourself to rinse off. Wasn't about to switch rooms again at that point. Ok stay for the most part. Breakfast was good."

"The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff member greeted us and helped us set up a crib for our infant at no charge. She was super friendly. The breakfast was delicious! We enjoyed our stay!"

"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"The room was small but comfortable. The bed was too soft, but that's just me. I prefer a much firmer than average mattress. Having the diner right on site was great. The service was awesome & the breakfast delicious. I'd have no problem staying here again, or even just coming to eat."

"All parking is pay only. Breakfast was not included in the packages offered on Expedia. It was an extra $22. Location to Dulles is good. The room was good, though the shower took an oddly long amount of time to get hot and looked like it wasn't updated in whatever renovations they obviously did recently."

"The hotel pictures online showed photos of updated property and this was not the case with my room. It was ok and ok but dated with low beds and the bathroom had built up dust and and some mold in the bathroom."

"When we got to our room, we had problems with the television. The staff was great, they sent someone right away and rectified the problem."

"The rooms are outdated, the bath tubs and air/heating unit had a terrible smell when it was turned on initially, but the front desk staff was wonderful."

"Location to Dulles was great. But bathroom ceiling covered in mold was disgusting and made us not use the showers which kinda was the point of staying there! (To be fair, we didn’t have chance to ask for another room, which we should have….we expect more from this reputable brand which is why we chose it.) Disappointed. Bed was fine."

"The property isn't well maintained. It was very difficult to turn off the shower so I called the front desk who sent a technician who used his strength to turn it off even though I said I can't do that"
