Kevin and Michelle have thought of everything and were excellent with communicating details for directions and check in/out times. The location is brilliant, so close to St Ives and Carbis Bay, and the main bus route is right on the main road. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here. "

"An L-shaped single room with a shower and kettle corner. Basic but cheap and cheerful , warmed up room made the welcome even warmer. A cooked breakfast served by the friendly owners set you up for the day. "

"We paid nearly £1400 for 2 night’s’ accomodation at the 3 bedroom cottage and it was a rip-off. The cottage was tiny : 3 bedrooms but only one toilet. The worst was this: the cottage reeked of musty smell, like when one enters an old antique shop. Of course we were not expecting modern decor, but the smell of old wood and old furniture in that 3 days were unbearable we stayed out as much as possible. "This hotel provided a reasonably sized, clean, and comfortable room. The bathroom, though a bit small, was clean and well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The bath towels were generously sized and fluffy. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. Guests could also order items from the kitchen. Overall, this hotel surpasses my expectations for a 3-star hotel."

"It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk from the B&B to the causeway out to St. Michael's Mount (we didn't have a car). But it was probably the nicest place we stayed on our three-week trip to Ireland and southwestern England! It's next to a pasture with horses and has a lovely lawn with chairs, and the bathroom and bedroom and kitchen areas are large and beautifully appointed. We wished we could stay longer!"

The air in the place was heated but went cold when heating off. log burner at one end only same result. Lots of pot holes in the approach driveway through the site."
