While the hotel is lovely and decorated modern my, their staffs ability to fill requests seem limited. I requested a specific room in the old building on the corner on top floor and requested if that was not available a room anywhere in the new building would be my second choice. Friendly staff. Stayed on my Birthday and they gave me a little gift, thought that was very nice. Wish the meal voucher did include drinks though.

I always love my stay here. Would have been nice to know the pool and fitness area were closed for renovations though. Other than that it was perfect
