"The hotel is beautiful. The Front Desk staff, concierge and Door Person were all super nice and helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff were not very friendly and some times down right snooty with the exception of Ricardo. Our room was beautiful and clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will recommend the hotel. I was super impressed with how lovely all the flowers in the main lobby were and how clean everything was. Super comfy bed too. Nice spa area. "

"A estadia foi excelente do inicio ao fim. As instalações do hotel são otimas e muito bem cuidadas: SPA (saunas/piscina), rooftop, Recepção e claro, os quartos. A staff foi simpática em todos os ambientes do hotel, dos bares ao restaurante que, por sinal, tem excelente comida! Muito boa mesmo! Os quartos com a duche "exposta", em forma de vitrine, pode não agradar a todos, mas está visível nas fotos do hotel, então aqueles que a escolhem provavelmente acham interessante, como eu achei.
