"Staff was friendly and professional, room was clean, bed was comfortable, not much traffic noise, bathroom was clean and well stocked with shampoo and soap and lotion, breakfast was good."
"If traveling and need an economic place to rest your head, its perfect and right beside Crackle Barrel. No complaints for the price and dogs stay Free, bonus."
"YOU’LL never see me stay there again. No elevator!!! It smells so badly!! I can’t even describe the smell to you, at least not without making myself gag. As soon as you pull up to the property you'll see that there’s a huge chunk of the roof torn off, where a big rig must’ve hit the roof and ripped it off.. It’s sitting on the side by the front door you’ll see it when you walk-in if you don’t trip over it Everything was dirty. My room was dirty. My sheets were stained. My towels were stained . There was a junkie sitting on the grass acting like a zombie as you pulled into the property yelling a cars. then someone locked there dog in the car!! it was barking kept me awake almost all night eventually called the cops seeing the front desk didn’t care the 3 times i complained. This place was straight out of a horror flick. I will never go there again. One good thing I can say is the staff were nice!!!"
"One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted.
Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag.
No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us.
No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby.
Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it.
Requested maid service and never got it. They didn't even collect the trash.
Had an indoor pool. It seemed to be in disrepair and was closed. No mention of it when I checked in.
Had a room for handicapped and you had to use an alternate hallway for a RAMP to get to the FIRST floor room. When I opened the door to that hallway, it was dark and it reeked. The smell was a cross between sex and microwave popcorn.
They say they had a continental breakfast but there was no way i would trust it.
Couldn't get a signal on the TV the first night there.
Talked to the manager on duty and all he said was he would tell the manager tomorrow. No talk of a discount or another room.
If this is a "Best" Western, I'd hate to see the worst! "
