"Such a great location and spotless rooms! Paolo was fantastic to deal with and really made us feel at home. There was a lovely shared living space on our floor with pastries and beverages set out for all the guests, which was such a thoughtful touch. Giovanna hosted breakfast in the mornings and she was an absolute delight as well. Both Paolo and Giovanna made sure everything was taken care of during our stay.

"Francesco was in the parking under the suite and asked if we could use some help, we quickly discovered that he also was the receptionist of the suite and we where helped in the utter most way. "
"The rooms are well decorated, modern, clean and tidy. Located on the 1st floor (no lift though but that's common in the old buildings) in the heart or the old town. I'd definitely stay here again. Marina was super friendly, she gave us a tourist map and circled the places to visit.
Also, the tourist information center is across the road so that was a great benefit."

The area is in the heart of most the historical sites, challenging walk from parking lot to hotel with luggage but that is to be expected. "Walking up to the property you would think you were in the wrong part of town. Even looking the door you would be skeptical. However, once you enter, everything was fabulous. Great staff, clean property, very nice accommodations. It was evident the property has just been remodeled in some areas and there are some punch-list items that need to be finished. Gym needs more equipment. Aside from that, our stay was great. I would stay again."
