"Overall great experience in the superior king room with kitchenette. It was great for our stay prior to leaving for Banff. Only issue was that no one came to pick up our dishes after ordering room services for more than 24h. The trays were just sitting at the front of our room in the hallway even after notifying front desk. Also we were confused about the water temperatures in the tub/shower so we took scalding hot showers until we asked for help. It would help if there was instructions for...
