The hotel was warm, despite very cold temperatures outside. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The business center was a real plus - easy access to the internet and the printer. Also, the breakfast options were numerous and good quality.

The Loom Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
My wife and her friends really enjoyed the hotel. A little surprising that the restaurant/lounge closes at 10pm on the weekend, but we'll know next time
