"Dont stay here. They didnt clean our room at all; we were there 3 nights. Rooms are old. No microwave. Everything is cheap. Admin staff is uncaring and lazy. There is no restaurant on this property - its on their sister property coastal inn. Theres no room service. I have no idea why this hotel has such a good rating. "There was no one at reception to check us in and it was a good 20 mins before anyone showed up as they were also working another hotel, the safari, at the same time. The hotel is in a good location and central to everything"

"We are a family of four that stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The staff was excellent and any requests we made were tended to immediately. The pool area is small but fantastic with bottled water available. The hotel has a great vibe and we loved that there was a grocery store and Starbucks across the street. "The rooms are quite decent, good bed and a sorta chaise lounge. LA was hot and the air conditioning worked good but being that the room is about 300sf the air is loud. The management was quite responsive and helpful, there was an internet problem that took a number of days to repair but they reduced my bill which I thought was very decent.
