Overall, the place served its purpose — it was clean, quiet, and in a good location about a 15-minute walk down to the oceanfront restaurants, shops, and beach. Check-in was very smooth with clear instructions, and we appreciated having access to a washer and drying rack during our stay. "Wonderful location. Typical Italian villa setting. If you are from an area where A/C is standard, be aware that this place does not have it. There is a fan and you can open the windows, though the noise from the street below could be bothersome. The clothesline was awesome. "
