"Staff is very kind and able to assist with a near by parking ramp Via del Ponte Rosso, 4, 50129 Firenze FI, Italy for 15 euro a day. Traffic can be thick so expect delays during high traffic times."

"Internet connection failed on day 2 which also stopped TV service. It was impossible to get the character on the end of the phone to understand that I didn't need the WIFI password just for the Internet connection to be fixed. After a week this hadn't happened."

"La struttura è molto bella e curata. Quello che, a mio avviso, potrebbe essere migliorato è la comunicazione con gli ospiti. "We stayed in a large suite with breakfast brought to the room each morning, a Murano glass chandelier presiding over it all. Perfect 40th anniversary quarters. "Although we really didn’t stay in this property due to a water issue, the host quickly found us another house guest. Had a wonderful time in Verona….i will come back!!! Very lovely. Thanks!"

"Clean and close to the sites"

"Good sized modern space. One issue is it’s on the 4th floor and the elevator is old. The door got stuck open and we were unable to use it. Tough with bags and kids in tow."

"The apartment was great. It was reasonably new and well maintained and quite spacious. The location is in easy walking distance from most attractions."

"Beautiful property and wonderful service."
