"It's a decent place for the price and very close to the beach. However, the listing isn't quite accurate: there is no bar/restaurant, no beach towels, etc. It also just needs a bit more attention to detail - the pool was constantly covered in leaves and the chairs in the courtyard need cleaning. It's also very noisy - not the hotel's fault but the surrounding bars and hotels make sitting in the courtyard a noisy experience. "

"We had a few issues with the room, but they were resolved quickly by the hotel staff: 1. The toilet was leaking from the base of the toilet. 2. The comforter/bedspread wasn’t clean upon checking in. 3. The refrigerator power kept turning off. My only other complaint about the room is that the freezer is too small. We had to purchase ice several times because we couldn’t fit the bag of ice inside the freezer."

"Traveled with a group of friends and they stayed at a hotel twice the price of the ZonaZ both located within steps of each other. I prefer the boutique nature of hotels such as ZonaZ as it has all the amenities that I need without overdoing it with things I don't need or want in a hotel stay. Great location, clean room, and feeling of security is what I need and exactly what ZonaZ provided."
