Need to deep clean rooms. Check in process is horrible took almost a hour to get checked in. Check in staff needs to explain stuff better I,e cards for pool towels, give a paper agenda of all activities, actually take you to your room. More activities through out the day.

My only complaint is: there are not enough lounge chairs with umbrellas for everyone. People reserve their chairs and never come to use them. It’s very frustrating when it’s such an easy fix!

Barceló Bávaro Palace - All Inclusive
Assistant Carlos - I asked to make restaurant reservations for 6-7pm, we are 2 little kids, like 3 weeks before arriving, somehow he scheduled for 7:45, 8:45 etc. Rooms are old, wet inside, ACs leaking, 2 times issues with safebox. Need restoration. Staff do not speaking minimum English language. ...
