"Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...

"It a great property with a beautiful beach, well maintained grounds, good amenities, excellent staff. The food is OK but the choices are very limited and they also add sugar to yogurt and some juices which really doesn’t make sense. There are so many mosquitoes that I would definitely not go back this resort."

"Traveled as a family of 4 with a 4 year old boy and 6 month old boy . Incredible service from our butler Senel , he is very kind , helpful and provides amazing service . He was so kind to our 4 year old and always made sure to chat with him. The Unique beachfront breakfast next to the beach club and unique beach area is an excellent touch . Very impressed with this hotel and the kind people who work there ."

"I saw reviews and videos about the property not being up to par and how the staff were rude and stealing. I didn't experience any of that. The property is as pictured, staff were friendly, food was a hit or miss as any buffet would be. I'd say, when booking call the resort to get reservations at some of the restaurants as they seemed to always be booked or at capacity. The themed were only on the family side while I was there and you wouldn't know about them unless you go on that side or look on...

"The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead."

"I was looking for modern decor, and it was amazing. Everything on the property with the rooms restaurant lobby area weresuper super clean. The staff was helpful. They do not have a microwave in the room, which is a little inconvenient. I wish they had a à la carte menu for the breakfast buffet. I’m not a big breakfast person and I thought it was a little expensive for someone that wants a piece of fruit or some juice. I would definitely stay there again.
