"Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. "

"Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!"

"The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead."

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...

"We were at Melia Wellness last year. We had Jean Geto and requested to have him again this year. He is amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. He helped made our stay memorable. The food was delicious and pools were incredible. We also enjoyed the nightly shows. We would definitely recommend the place to our friends."

"I truly enjoyed this resort for my short stay. They worked with my family to make sure we had rooms beside each other. I love that it was relatively quiet even though it wasn’t adults only. Pools were clean and plentiful. Raphy was such a great host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as made my sister have a memorable birthday. Such a sweet guy and very kind.
