"Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!"

"The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead."

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "

"You need to get UNLIMITED VACATION CLUB out of you resort. We wil never come back as long as these they are allowed ro operate in resort. We do not recommend Dreams resorts. "

"The hotel and rooms are great and reasonably priced. The check-in process however was horrible. The front desk walked us to our room and when he went to open it there was male guest staying there. Apparently staff was supposed to move him to another room but he was unaware. They went back & forth for 5m until the staff finally found us another room 30m later. While they ended up upgrading us to a nice suite the entire process was frustrating especially at night when we just wanted to sleep. "

"Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel et repartons globalement satisfaits. Le personnel était majoritairement très agréable, souriant et réactif, ce qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour plus agréable. L’accès à la plage est appréciable, les animations étaient présentes et l’ambiance générale était sympathique. Le minibar inclus et régulièrement rempli (eau, sodas, boissons) était également un vrai plus. Quelques points négatifs sont toutefois à souligner...

"Le resort, le personnel, la nourriture, l'alcool, les cocktails, la plage, tout était magnifique! Le forfait unique définitivement vaut la peine avec l'accès au homard sans frais. Le service butler est géniale et vous simplifi la vie alors que vous êtes en vacances! Toute réservations pour les restaurants, le butler s'en occupe. Toute préoccupation, le butler s'en occupe. Comptez-vous chanceux si vous tomber sur Oliver. Il est chaleureux, aidant, travaillant, sans doute le meilleur!"

"Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff."

"Great hospitality, very safe place and great ambiance. The design of the hotel looks so nice, very clean and located in a good neighborhood. Very close to shopping centers and fun activities such as CoCo bongo, almost 3-5 minutes drive. The foods might not be the best or it might just didn’t go well with our taste but I do recommend to make reservations at the restaurants instead of eating at the buffet. Includes 4 restaurants, Tacorini was the best between all but the other ones still good too....
